Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Commission, it's my pleasure to welcome you to the first fully virtual CCMC Symposium. We are so excited to be able to celebrate National Case Management Week together; to connect with peers, focus on our self-care, and discuss issues facing the Case Management community.

We are proud to present you with a robust program filled with educational content designed for case managers and disability management specialists across the health care continuum.  Attendees and speakers include case managers who are Social Workers, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Licensed Professional Counselors, plus other Allied Health professionals working in varied practice settings.

Each session you attend will contribute to your professional development and will offer the opportunity to earn continuing education credits and contact hours towards your CCM and CDMS credentials, as well as towards some professional licenses.
